Services

CNPROC serves you: Preparations before starting the work

  1. The minimum purchase value of each batch of your goods must reach 1,000 US dollars.
  2. You need to prepare the product list and detailed information. Detailed information such as product photos will be very helpful for us to quote accurately and quickly. (We don’t have a product catalog because we are a purchasing agent instead of a factory. But we have a high-quality supply chain to help you purchase suitable products at the most favorable price.)
  3. The customer service staff will have one-on-one communication with you and start working for you after receiving your order.

Start working for you

  1. You need to send the detailed product information (such as photos) to our customer service. We will discuss all the details of our purchase on WhatsApp or via email.
  2. We will start to purchase your products and provide quotations.
  3. We will issue the first invoice for you to carefully check before payment.
  4. You need to make a wire transfer payment to us through the bank counter or online banking.
  5. The order will be processed after receiving your payment.
  6. After the supplier has completed production, we will collect the goods in our warehouse.
  7. We will check the goods and report to you for approval in the following forms: video call, photos, videos.
  8. After you accept the Quality Control (Q&C) results and approve the freight cost, we will issue the second invoice for you (including commission), and transfer the inland cost and freight cost to us. Then we will arrange transportation.
  9. After we receive your second payment, we will handle the Chinese customs clearance for your goods.
  10. When the goods arrive at the unloading port in your country, we will send you the documents required for customs clearance (bill of lading, invoice, packing list, other required documents, etc.).

Your procurement costs

  1. Product payment (our commission is charged based on this payment)
  2. Inland costs (from Yiwu to Ningbo loading port. Details: booking fee, THC (Terminal Handling Charge), EDI, electronic packing list fee, packing list fee, documentation fee, Chinese customs fee, port entrance fee, trucking fee, barcode fee, telex release fee, port crane fee, etc.)
  3. Freight (from the loading port in China to the unloading port at the destination)
  4. Customs clearance fee and import tariff (the expenses you need to bear when the goods are released from the government customs department in your country/region)

CNPROC’s commission structure

a. 6%: The product value of each batch of goods > 1,000 US dollars
b. 5%: The product value of each batch of goods > 10,000 US dollars
c. 4%: The product value of each batch of goods > 20,000 US dollars.
d. 3%: The product value of each batch of goods > 50,000 US dollars.
e. 2%: The product value of each batch of goods > 100,000 US dollars.
f. 1%: The product value of each batch of goods > 200,000 US dollars.
